How does it work?
To eliminate deep, stubborn odors from sources like dumpsters, pet accidents, or floor drains, apply the 30:1 solution liberally to the affected area. The formula relies on d-limonene, covalent bonding, and microemulsion encapsulation to break down odor-causing molecules directly at their biological source. Allow the solution to remain on the surface until it completely air-dries, giving the chemical compounds maximum contact time to permanently neutralize the smell rather than just masking it.
For everyday multi-surface cleaning on sealed countertops, tile, granite, or leather, spray the 10:1 diluted mixture lightly over the surface to cut through dirt, grease, and dried residue. The high-foaming surfactants pull lifted dirt away from the material so it can be wiped away effortlessly with a microfiber cloth. Rinse or buff with a dry towel afterward to leave behind a streak-free shine and a fresh citrus scent.
When you need to rapidly reduce bacteria on high-touch surfaces like door handles, tables, or trash cans, apply the 10:1 dilution so the entire surface is evenly coated. Allow a minimum contact time of 1 to 2 minutes to lower microbial counts to safe health standards. Wipe away any excess moisture with a clean cloth, making this ideal for quick turnarounds between routine tasks.
To kill bacteria and pathogens on hard, non-porous surfaces, thoroughly wet the area with the 10:1 mixture so it stays visibly moist for at least 10 minutes. This extended dwell time is crucial—it gives the quaternary ammonium compounds enough exposure to destroy micro-organisms on a cellular level. After the full 10 minutes have elapsed, wipe the surface down or let it air dry.
